Memes of Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot Take Over the Internet

It all started with a Coldplay concert and now the internet is full of memes featuring Astronomer CEO Any Byron and Human Resources chief Kristin Cabot.

What happened?

A kiss cam panned over to a couple embracing at a Coldplay concert. Immediately, the two looked shocked and tried to hide after they realized their back hug was caught on the jumbotron.

Turns out the man, Andy Byron, was married with kids, and the woman he was hugging, identified as Kristin Cabot, was not his wife.

Yesterday, a statement attributed to Byron was posted to which Astronomer has said is fake.

Here is Astronomer’s statement,

Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability.

The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly. Alyssa Stoddard was not at the event and no other employees were in the video.

Andy Byron has not put out any statement, reports saying otherwise are all incorrect.

While Byron is under investigation by his company, the internet is having a field day with the incident.

This was reportedly posted by the Tampa International Airport but the post has been deleted.

The moral of the story is to not cheat on your wife with a co-worker at a very public concert that has a kiss cam.

If you do get caught, do NOT react like these people.

Frankly, they get what they get.
