New Dungeons & Dragons is NOT Selling?

The new Dungeons & Dragons 5.5e PHB is selling significantly less than 5e did a decade ago, according to DnD designer Mike Mearls. That's not a good sign, especially coupled with DnD Beyond's relatively lackluster numbers.
